Very moist cake! Would be good even with traditional frosting and omitting the streusel topping.

This cake is amazing. I served it last night and my guests flipped. It is so moist and rich tasting. It will always be a top recipe at my house.

Great cake at my luncheon. I exchanged butter for unsweetened apple sauce which cut fat cont., yet still sprayed dish. I can't have eggs so exchanged egg w/egg substitute & little more water. Everyone wanted recipe. I did omit nuts for brown sugar & oatmeal mixture apply when hot. I also would like more GF receipts.
