Fresh garden zucchini? Make a sweet and spicy bread. You can stir it up and have it in the oven in minutes.

This recipe is amazing. I altered the recipe a little bit. I took out the raisins, added semi-sweet chocolate chips, I replaced clove with ginger. It came out amazing. I love it.

Excellent recipe! Making for the second time today. I am not fond of raisins so I left them out and doubled the amount of nuts. This will be my go to recipe for zuchini bread.

Excellent recipe. This is my first time making zucchini bread and it came out delicious. I didnt have cloves so i grated 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and i substituted raisins for 1/2 cup of almonds. Overall great recipe

This is a great way to use a up bumper crop of garden zucchini. Husband loves this recipe and is always waiting for me to pull it out of the oven so he can have a slice. Have used this recipe multiple times.

I just took the Zucchini Bread out of my oven. YUM! The cloves and cinnamon smell so good. It will sit and cool for an after school snack. I like the add ons for changing the recipe to pumpkin or cranberry. Definite keeper and remaker at this house.

My 6 year old son and I worked on this zucchini bread recipe together yesterday. Since we planted the garden together and the zucchini was perfect and ready to go I figured this was a nice way to show him a garden to the table recipe and it was terrific. We both enjoyed the bread very much. Moist even with whole wheat flour and delicious!
