Have zucchini? Bake bars and top with a homemade browned butter frosting. Mmm.

I made these and they were not good at all. The frosting was so sweet we couldn't eat it. The pan size is not a pan you would find in your average kitchen. I ended up having to use a Jelly roll pan and the bars were flat and overcooked and just not good. .

Great bars. I only used 4 cups of powdered sugar and still had extra icing left over. Will definately make again, next time with nuts.

I made these in muffin pans instead of the loaf. Yields 1 serving size portions and great for a bake sale. Also reduces cooking time. I make this frosting for Cinnamon rolls too so I was happy I had more left over but it yields way too much I think. Double dip iced the muffins and I'm ready for the bake sale tomorrow. :D

This recipe is absolutely delicious! My daughter and I prefered it without the icing though. But I''ll definetly make it again during the holidays.

Delicious. Easy and quick. I used walnuts because they were what I had on hand. Try it, you''ll love it!

My family LOVES this recipe! The cake is great with or without the frosting. This won''t stay around for long if you make it.

For some reason I couldn''t find the pan size this recipe called for so I used a 9" by 13" instead and it worked just fine. The timing was almost the same too. I opted to put nuts only on the top of the cake. I would suggest, if you use a regular cake pan, to only make half the frosting amount if you don''t want it too sweet. The flavor was great and we loved it.
