Set oven control to broil. Place pork on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 minutes; turn. Broil 3 to 5 minutes longer or until hot.
For a complete grilled meal, cut zucchini lengthwise in half, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill with the pork chops. Add buttered French bread for the last 3 to 5 minutes of grilling.
