A zesty dinner ready in just 20 minutes! Enjoy this grilled pork recipe that’s made with just four ingredients.
cup packed brown sugar
cup prepared horseradish
tablespoon lemon juice
fully cooked smoked pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Heat brown sugar, horseradish and lemon juice to boiling in 1-quart saucepan, stirring constantly. Brush on pork.
Cover and grill pork 4 to 6 inches from medium-high heat about 15 minutes, turning once, until hot. Serve remaining sauce with pork.
Set oven control to broil. Place pork on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 minutes; turn. Broil 3 to 5 minutes longer or until hot.
For a complete grilled meal, cut zucchini lengthwise in half, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill with the pork chops. Add buttered French bread for the last 3 to 5 minutes of grilling.
