I tripled this recipe, making (almost) enough for a group of about 20 for Thanksgiving this year. I actually misread the horseradish amount and used tablespoons (only 2) instead of teaspoons. Everyone raved about them, so I guess it was a good mistake!

These eggs were such a big hit with my boyfriend''s family and friends! They raved about them, and said I should have doubled the batch. I put cooked shrimp and diced pimentos on them for decoration, but they added to the taste as well. Regular mustard worked just as well, but I would recommend using a little more than suggested in the recipe. I''ve already handed this recipe out to 4 different people! They all loved it!
