Yummy mashed potato caserole
layered caserole with cheese, mashed potato's, green beans and hamburger!! OOOO soo good!

this was my hubby's favorite as a child. His mother lost the recipe several years ago and now we are enjoying it again. It is very yummy....

I loved this idea! However, I only cook using fresh ingredients. I made home made mashed potatoes, used fresh green beans, and chicken mince instead of the beef. Also added a little bit of milk, tsp of garlic powder, tsp of curry paste, tsp of chili powder, and tsp of crushed red pepper (I like things hot). This mix was amazing, sweet and spicy!!

Oh wow!!! The flavor is outstanding. The only thing I changed is I did one packet of Idahoan garlic potatoes and one packet of 4 Idahoan cheese potatoes instead of plain (8 servings instead of 10). I also sprinkled a little salt and pepper to taste and I added one can of milk with the condensed Tomato Soup. EXCELLENT!!!!
