This is a great Yule Log recipe, easy to make and beautiful to present! I do not like vanilla frosting, so I filled mine with sweetened whipped cream with about 1-2 tsp's instant coffee granules added instead of vanilla. I also cut an angled slice off the end and placed it on the side of the cake to resemble a cut branch before frosting with the ganache. It was beautiful! I loved the tip about using the fork to create the "bark" look!
