These muffins are VERY moist and flavorful! However, they're a little bit on the sweet side. I occasionaly skip the oil, and add a little extra yogurt, and they still turn out GREAT!

I make these muffins at least twice a month. To cut the calories even more, I use a brown sugar substitute. I also put them in a mini muffin tins to bake. After they cool, I put 2 each in a resealabe bag and then I have 12 packs that last me almost 2 weeks. I keep them in the frig. I eat 2 of the mini muffins mid morning at work. I get extra fiber and they are very filling. Everyone at work loves them and don't believe that they are not fattening. GREAT MUFFIN.
