My husband and I loved this soup! I accidentally put in a can of evaporated milk instead of coconut milk, but it tastes really good like that. I am going to try it with coconut milk next time, however. But that is a good substitution if you don't like coconut.

This is a fairly easy to make soup that is really tasty, especially topped with the yogurt.

This was really good! The recipe calls for red peppers, but I just used dried chilli peppers and it was fabulous. My 1 year old son even loved it.
