Loafs Flavored bread for stuffing

Pkg Sliced white button mushrooms
3
Stalks Celery - diced
2
Whole Cooking onions - diced
1/2
Cup Butter
1 1/4
Cups Water
2
Cubes Vegetable bouillion
2
Tsp Dried sage
2
Tsp. Poultry seasoning

  • 1 Rip or cube bread, air dry for at least 1 day
  • 2 Cook mushrooms, celery, onions and butter in skillet on medium heat until tender
  • 3 Crumble vegetable bouillon into water and boil to combine
  • 4 Mix bread, vegetables, broth and seasoning together in large metal mixing bowl and bake covered with foil at 180 (c) for 30 minutes
