I loved this recipe. I kind of mixed two recipes together. This recipe and the topping for the lemon blueberry muffins. They turned out surprisingly well!

Tasty! I made them smaller, more like mini muffin tops instead. I baked them for 8 minutes which made them a little crunchy! I brushed them with butter as soon as they came out of the oven. The mini muffins made 80 tops!

They really are soft and delicious, but if they were just a bit more moist they''d be better. Also I''d like there to be a crumbly muffin topping to sprinkle over them just like with regular blueberry muffins. I guess a good cook can probably adjust or add stuff to fix both of those things.

I use BC Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix all the time for mini muffins and muffin tops. Everyone enjoys them! Recently, I substituted BC Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix and made the tops the same way. They were terrific!

These muffin tops are simply wonderful and delicious. The grandkids love them, never finished a whole muffin but certainly have no trouble eating these. They stay moist but don''t last long enough for me to tell you how long. They are certainly worth a try!!
