Fill your cookie jar with a healthier twist on chocolate chip cookies. This one's made with two whole-grain cereals and whole wheat flour.

I made these for my very picky family and to my surprise they all loved them. My husband usually thinks that I am trying to kill him when I make him something healthy but he loved these. I used Splenda brown sugar blend to cut down on the sugar. I will definitely make these again

This recipe has a nice, chewy texture and is a great "starter" recipe. If you're someone who likes to put your own spin on a recipe, grab this one and run. I used a corn flake cereal instead of Clusters and mint baking chips instead of chocolate chips. They're incredible! Will make them with peanut butter chips next time... and there WILL be a next time! One more thing-- it's ok to use 1 cup vegetable spread for this recipe (instead of half butter and half oil). Still turns out great.

Great cookie, and healthy, the whole wheat flour was a wonderful addition. The texture and flaver was great. The Curves cereal addition was what really made the cookie, made the crunchy texture.

These are great cookies. I used 1 cup sugar instead (can''t imagine using 2, too too sweet!), & use applesauce instead of butter. My family loves them. But the next day the crunchy cereal in the cookies always turn chewy, all the recipes I tried w/ rice crispy & other cereal are the same. Is there a method to keep the crunchy parts crunchy??
