Cup Velveeta Queso Blanco flavored shredded cheese

Cup Velveeta Pepper Jack shredded cheese
  1. In small sauce pan heat milk on low heat for 1 to 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  2. Once evenly warmed, add half amount of each cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Add remaining cheese and stir until well blended and melted. Mixture will have a thick creamy texture, to adjust texture by add a tablespoon of milk until desired consistency.

I used 2% milk although 1% would work. I think whole or fat free would either add too much sweetness or not enough but it's yours to make your own! Equally increase amounts in crock pot for parties.
