Cup Milk
3/4
Cup Velveeta Queso Blanco flavored shredded cheese
1
Cup Velveeta Pepper Jack shredded cheese

  • 1 In small sauce pan heat milk on low heat for 1 to 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  • 2 Once evenly warmed, add half amount of each cheese and stir until melted.
  • 3 Add remaining cheese and stir until well blended and melted. Mixture will have a thick creamy texture, to adjust texture by add a tablespoon of milk until desired consistency.

I used 2% milk although 1% would work. I think whole or fat free would either add too much sweetness or not enough but it's yours to make your own! Equally increase amounts in crock pot for parties.
