One of my favorite Betty Crocker recipes--SUPER easy to make, adding the melted chocolate gives the cake a wonderful consistency, and dunking in melted chocolate instead of frosting saves SO MUCH TIME! The only issue was the marshmallow, but the second time I did them, I sprayed my spatula with cooking spray and had ZERO problem with the marshmallows sticking. Next time, I will try to torch the marshmallows and see how that works. This recipe is amazing!

I didn't try them but my husband and the guys at my work loved them. The cupcakes didn't even make it past lunch before they were gone!! Will be making again tonight for someones birthday.

O..and instead of trying to slide the marshmellows I just pulled the off one at a time and stuck them on the cakes. It was MUCH easier than anything and the sticky part came right off!

These were SO GOOD! I was surprised at how easy these were compared to dealing with icing! I am going to coat my cupcakes with white chocolate every time! Every time I melted the chocolate I melted in 30 second increments. I also dyed the batter and white chocolate with green food dye for St. Patty's. I made these twice in the same week and they didn't stand a chance at lasting..yes..they were THAT GOOD!

I agree with the marshmallows being a mess. I used white chocolate chips for the icing and I burnt the first batch by using the microwave and the second batch wouldn't melt correctly even on a double boiler. These are really time consuming, messy and not worth the effort. The taste is good, but there are other cupcakes with less hassle.

I made them for a bake sale. They were a big hit! Im making them for St. Patricks day, just adding some green dye.

Very pricy, messy and time consuming to make. My family and I were very disappointed because after all the effort, the cupcakes were really not that good. Will not be making these again.

I agree the marshmallows not as easy to remove but the cupcakes were not as good as what I thought it would be. I will not make them again. Sorry Betty Crocker. Nice concept but the icing was more like a glaze and that out shined the cupcake. All you could taste was the "glaze" nothing else.

For me the marshmallows weren't as easy as "sliding off the spatula." It was a very messy process, but very worth it! Delicious!
