White Chocolate Pretzel Cookies

Ingredients

cup butter, softened

cup granulated sugar

cup packed dark brown sugar

cups plus 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking soda

teaspoon salt

cups semisweet chocolate chips (18 oz)

bag (7 oz) white chocolate-covered mini-pretzel twists, coarsely crushed
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended.
  • 3 In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pretzels. Onto cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls 1 to 2 inches apart.
  • 4 Bake 10 to 14 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
