Lemon cupcakes are delicious, although there is no white chocolate in this recipe. It's vanilla baking chips, and it even says vanilla frosting. Simply buy a baking bar of white chocolate and melt, use that in the frosting instead of the vanilla chips.

I agree with ndeannal, there is no white chocolate in this recipe. But you could use white chocolate and melt instead of the vanilla chips.

I am confused. I don't see where there is any white chocolate in the recipe at all. It looks like to me it is just a white cake mix with lemon cupcake, with vanilla baking chips for the frosting.

These are pretty good! I am normally not a fan of white chocolate, but the hint of lemon in the cupcake takes some of the overly-sweetness away! I am pretty sure I will make these again
