With oranges and cranberries, this quick bread already hits high notes, but the special chocolate icing lifts it even higher.

For mini loaves, grease bottoms only of three 5 3/4x3 1/4x2-inch foil loaf pans. Divide batter evenly into greased pans, using about 1 cup batter for each. Place filled pans on cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
