I tried both but the chocolate was a better turn out the the white chocolate! But anyways, add 1/4 cup of water to a small bowl if the chocolate is NOT melted, it helps to liquidify it and in the last review I meant to write chocolate and bowl instead of choclate/ball.

This recipe is simple and easy, yet the presentation makes it look like you put more effort into creating these great tasting strawberries than you actually did. I made them as a complement to brownies and my dessert tray looked great.

If you like white chocolate, then you will absolutely love these strawberries! They were very easy and fairly quick to make. You don''t have to use just strawberries either. I tried cherries too and they came out great!

You have to like white chocolate, but this is so easy, and looks great. Perfect for something to have out for a romantic evening in front of the fireplace, by the bed, or wherever you enjoy your partner.Careful to watch the chocolate if you use the microwave - it burns if let go too long.
