Here's a 30-minute Mexican-style chili that's loaded with chicken, beans and zesty flavor!

More like a soup....reduced 3 cans of broth to only 2...added some salt and pepper for a little more spice... a little on the bland side... needs more.

Just made this last night, but added rotisserie chicken to cut down on the time and added a little cornstarch to thicken. Top it with a dollop of sour cream and add some cheese and it's dee-lish! Highly recommend this recipe!

This recipe is fantastic! Easy to make. I let mine simmer for about an hour or more, makes very tender chicken. I probably would add another can of beans, but this is a very tasty dish!!!

This chili is awesome! I made it last nite for the first time and it came out great. I left out the green chiles and anything spicy because i cant eat spicy food. I used the new Grilled and Ready frozen chicken chunks and cut them smaller. i also added flour to thicken it. My fiancee ate seconds last nite and we both have it today for lunch! Was awesome with cornbread. Really good with Jiffy too for those children that dont eat homemade cornbread! Will definitely make again!

Great chili. I make this all the time. I use 2 lbs ground chicken and throw in some corn and a few tablespoons of corn meal to thicken. We top ours with s.cream, cheese, cilantro and pickled jalepenos.

I used ground chicken instead of pieces, 2 cans of broth, 1 can of cannellini beans and extra red pepper. Also added about a heaping tablespoon of flour to make it less soupy. It was awesome! Plenty for 2 people.

It wasn't bad, could be considered a soup, if I made it again I would use less. Also could have used some saltiness. I also thought the beans needed more flavor.
