package chicken boullian cubes ( 2 cubes )

packages small chicken breasts cut into chuncks

cans Old El Paso green chillies ( small cans )

cups chopped cilantro

cups mexican cheese shredded

cups tortilla chips crunched

teaspoon salt

teaspoon black pepper

lime cut in half

cup green scallions chopped. (optional)
  1. Add 2 boullian chicken cubes, 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper to half a pot of boiling water. Next add, 2 packages of chicken breast cut into cubes. Let cook 30 min.( Or until chicken is fully cooked.) Next add, 2 small cans of Old El Paso green chillies to the pot... Let simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
  2. Now for the garnish! ... Add freshly chopped cilantro and green scallions (chopped) to your bowel of soup . (add amount to your liking ) next, squeeze a slice of fresh lime to the mixture for more flavor. And lastly add shredded cheese and crunched tortilla chips.
  3. Now enjoy!
