White and Dark Chocolate Chip-Pepita Pumpkin Cookie Ramekins

Ingredients

Dry Mix for Jars

  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted hulled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips

Wet Mix for Baking

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2
    Stir together Dry Mix from jar with Wet Mix ingredients until well mixed. Spread dough in greased ramekins.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set.

  • To make drop cookies, reduce the amount of water to 2 teaspoons and bake 11 to 13 minutes on cooking parchment paper-lined cookie sheets.
  • A canning funnel is a handy and affordable tool that makes easy work of layering the ingredients in the jars. It can be found in the canning section of any well-stocked grocery store.
