Fondues are such a fun, informal way to entertain! Gather a crowd after holiday caroling and make it easy by having each guest bring his or her favorite dipper.
• Make several pots of warm fondue. To vary the flavors of your fondues, use 12 ounces milk chocolate instead of vanilla candy coating for one, and use 12 ounces semisweet chocolate instead of vanilla candy coating for another; just increase the half-and-half to 3/4 cup.
• Don't worry if you don't have enough fondue pots. A small heavy saucepan or heatproof dish will do. If you don't have fondue forks, just use bamboo skewers available at your supermarket.
• You may like to have bowls of granola, chopped nuts, coconut or candy decorations for guests to dip coated foods into as final toppers.
