This was great and I will make again for sure! I also used a smoke honey sauce and it seemed just the right amount of kick.I used Kings Hawaiian rolls for the bread. Will definitely try with pork sometime.Works great with Fosters and JD.

Very good. I cooked chicken breasts in the crock pot with just beer. After 8 hours, the breast fell apart with a fork. I made a double batch of the sauce and it still was almost not enough. We like our bbq saucy. Next time I make this I think I will either put in more hot sauce or maybe some ketchup. It could have used just a bit more zing. But, I will make again.

Delicious Sliders and not too hot or spicy. Instead of regular BBQ sauce I use a spicy honey and it gave it a little kick but nothing unbearable. Quick & easy!

When I first looked over this recipe, I knew that I would change 2 things. First, I would use a pork butt instead of a rotisserie (store bought) chicken. My husband doesn’t like anything but real pig in his bar-be-que. Second, I would cook everything in the Crockpot. With those 2 changes, I kept everything else the same. I put the pork butt in the Crockpot (uncooked) and added all of the ingredients at once. I let everything cooks in the Crockpot for 4 hours (on low). I have learned from experience that any longer in the Crockpot and it would have been SUPER dry. I pulled the pork butt out of the Crockpot and “pulled it” apart. I added more bar-be-que sauce and put it on the buns. Just in time for dinner!!!! These ‘sliders’ were a BIG hit. P.S. The alcohol burns off in the Crockpot so you won’t have to worry about that!!!

These sliders were great! In a house of seven, we made four pounds of chicken and it was still all gone!

This recipe was great! A little spicy bite at the end, but just the right amount of flavor.
