What a headache these were! The filling did not set up correctly, was way too runny, half went down the drain as I was filling my pastry bag. The frosting ingredients are off. I used way way more powdered sugar than the 5 cups called for. I whipped my frosting ingredients forever & still couldn't get a good consistency. Finally gave up wasting my ingredients to fix it & tried to use it. The frosting just slid off my cupcakes. But I used a can of BC vanilla frosting on the rest & they tasted great. I've made many kinds of filled cupcakes & never had this much trouble.
