Crushed ice

cup watermelon juice
1/4
cup fresh lime juice

tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur

tablespoons tequila

sprigs fresh cilantro

small watermelon wedges
  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add remaining ingredients except watermelon wedges. Shake vigorously. Strain mixture into 2 small martini glasses or strain over ice into 2 margarita or rocks glasses. Garnish with watermelon wedge.

To get watermelon juice, simply puree chunks of watermelon in your blender. Make more than you'll need for this recipe and refrigerate the juice up to 2 days. Pour over ice or mix with lemonade for a fun drink for kids and adults alike.

f you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a pitcher and stir the mixture well.
Special Touch
For an authentic touch, salt the rims of the glasses. Rub the rims with a lime wedge and then dip in coarse salt.
