cup yellow mustard

cup sliced celery (2 stalks)

cup chopped red bell pepper (1/2 medium)

tablespoons chopped green onions (2 medium) or red onion

  1. Cook frozen potatoes as directed on bag. Cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix honey and mustard until well blended.
  3. Stir in potatoes and remaining ingredients until well blended. Serve warm.
