This was just ok. I had to add more ginger, the entire container of yogurt and lemon zest to get real flavor to the dressing. I used miracle whip and that may have been the problem. The flavor of the Miracle Whip was very dominant. Maybe plain mayo or a plain yogurt would have been better.

My husband and I LOVE this recipe. We add grapes and apples vs. strawberries and celery and serve it in a whole grain or wheat wrap. Definitely a "staple" on our summer menu!

I like this recipe reeally well but my family likes leaf lettuce in place of bibb lettuce. If you want more food value try baby spinach instead of bibb lettuce
