Very Merry Cran-Apple Pie

Casual pies with fold-up edges say bring on the flavor and who needs a pie pan or fancy pie edges?!

The other review stated it perfectly. I did like the tartness, but when rolling it out to 13", I could actually see thru the dough. Next time, I'll double the dough. There is no way that picture came from one recipe of dough.

This pie was good, but a bit tart for my liking. I should have made more pie crust as what the recipe calls for doesn''t quite wrap around the whole thing like in the picture.
