My recipe is similar except I substitute sour cream for the milk. Keeps well in frig up to a week. Everyone loves it.

I used this recipe for the first time a few years ago, and since I've gotten nothing but compliments on it. My husband hates mashed potatoes, but loved these, my son hate everything but loves these. All family loves these and have since become permanent mashed potato maker for all holiday feasts.
