This pasta salad gets a veggie boost with the addition of Green Giant™ Veggie Blend-Ins™ 100% carrot purée in the creamy dressing.
cups uncooked rotini pasta (9 oz)
cups broccoli florets
cup sliced carrots
cup light sour cream
tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
teaspoon seasoned salt
teaspoons fresh lemon juice
pouch (4 oz) Green Giant™ Veggie Blend-Ins™ 100% carrot purée
Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package, adding broccoli and carrots during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
In large bowl, mix Dressing ingredients. Add pasta mixture; toss to coat.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
