lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

bag (12 oz) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® frozen mixed vegetables

can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce

cup Progresso® beef-flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)

teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and all remaining ingredients except cheese and croutons. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese in each of 4 soup bowls; fill bowls with chowder. Sprinkle with croutons.
