Ingredients

1: package (8 ounces) ready-to-serve Italian pizza crusts (6 inches in diameter)

1/2: cup pizza sauce

1: cup broccoli slaw

1: cup sliced mushrooms

1/4: cup chopped green or red bell pepper

1: cup shredded Italian-style four-cheese combination or mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

Directions

1 Heat oven to 400°. Grease cookie sheet.
2 Place pizza crusts on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread pizza sauce over crusts. Top with broccoli slaw, mushrooms and green pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
