This recipe tastes pretty good, and it's fairly easy to make. Perfect for a nice lunch or dinner for 2!

Pretty good dish. I didn't use Progresso soups though (I don't do canned and high sodium stuff) I had some left over Ciambotta (stewed vegetables) and I combined with 3 cups vegetable stock for the soup. Came out decently...

Excellent recipe. Even my "picky" husband wants it put on our list of preferred recipes. Used breakfast link sausages (6) browned and cut up and it was delicious. Next time, will use more veggies, spinach, mushrooms, etc.

I really enjoyed this recipe. It made a bunch for two people, my dad and I couldn't even finish it. However, my dad is a HUGE meat eater so I don't think it was his favorite, but I will definitely cook this again.

Visually, this dish is one of the UGLIEST I have ever seen, but the flavor was VERY good! It was a bit runnier than I would have liked too. My meat-and-potatoes hubby was surprised to hear the "meat" was veggie sausage crumbles. As a previous poster commented, I too used the entire bag of spinach -- can't have too many veggies, right?

I love this recipe & I cook mostly from scratch. I have been a vegetarian for 31 years, so it's fun to find a new recipe that can become a regular! Another reader mentioned not being able to find sausage style crumbles. Both Boca & Morningstar Farms make really good ones- look for them in your store's freezer section. I always cook the veggies, especially onions, first. The browned onions add a great deal of "meatiness" & richness to the recipe. When they are just browning, I add the crumbles. I do this on any recipes I use crumbles in. Other than that, this recipe rocks! We love it! We have also made it with kale instead of spinach...yummy!

i was reluctant to try this as canned soup is not my favorite....however, it was DELICIOUS ! i did not use the soy crumble. the only other change was to add a handful of halved grape tomatoes at the same time as the spinach- it perked up the color of the dish. keep those weightwatcher ideas coming!!!!!

Great EASY recipe! I make this one a lot! My husband loves it! I sometimes add garlic, use different pastas, and canned mushrooms. I use the frozen chopped spiniach instead. I microwave it first before adding it at the end.
