This stuff is GREAT! I cut back on sodium and fat by cooking dried beans, using fresh vegetables and substituting a pinch of dry mustard for the prepared.

This was REALLY, REALLY good. I made it for dinner last night not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. I'm going to use 2 bags of frozen vegetables next time I make this.

I thought this would be very good, but turned out to be way too bland. When reheating leftovers, I added garlic poweder and more basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the mixture, which improved it tremendously. I will make this again with these additions.
