EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

The lemon juice and baking powder provide a little more “lift” in these pancakes, making them lighter and fluffier than most.

Drizzle these pancakes with warm apple syrup for a taste of heaven.

Stir the batter with a wire whisk or fork just until the ingredients are moistened. Any remaining lumps in the batter will disappear during cooking.

I would definitely recommend this recipe. Easy to make, and very light and fluffy. They were delicious! I usually don't like the Bisquick box recipe for pancakes because they're dry, but the few tweaks this recipe makes turns out excellent pancakes!

These are the best pancakes I've ever eaten. They were super easy to make. Since it's only my husband my husband and myself, I divided the recipe in 1/2. These were so tender and fluffy and delicious. I will be using this recipe as my only pancake recipe from now on.....thank you for making breakfast easier and delicious! (Even my picky husband loved these.).

These are the best pancakes ever! I tried for years to make my own pancakes "from scratch" with disappointing results (and I'm a pretty good cook!) Once I made this recipe I never looked back. I would not make them any other way.
