I usually hate when people use boxed potatoes!!!!! I made this recipe the other night for a early thanksgiving dinner. ( my first time making thanksgiving dinner) It was so good! My husband and two toddlers loved it as well. Very easy. Cant even tell it was a boxed recipe.

My huband and son love these. My college age son took the recipe to college and makes it for himself, leftovers are a plus for college kids. I have never gotten a bad comment on these, even when I forgot to put the onion rings on the top.

This was a wonderful addition to tonight's dinner. My husband gave this one "two thumbs up"! I wasn't thinking when I started cooking...I should have halved the recipe. It was just for the two of us. But all things work for the best. Now I have part of tomorrow's dinner ready!!
