Excellent! The only problem I had was that I made it the day before and it was a little dry...BUT, I would make it again. Everyone else loved it and everyone asked me to send t hem the recipe

Yum! I replaced the mayo with plain fat free yogurt and put a little mustard in it. I like the idea of putting it on salad sans pasta!

No pasta for me, thanks. I served the chicken, cherry, celery and almond mix on a bed of lettuce and it was delicious! :)

I made this salad for our July 4th potluck. It was the first salad and side dish to disappear! I received many compliments and was asked to share the recipe. I read the other reviews as well, but stuck to the original recipe. At first I thought it wasn't going to turn out, but after it sat overnight, the flavors really blended and it was a smash!

Yum, yum, yummy! I used craisins and the toasted almonds are a must. Like the other reviewer said it could stand more dressing to make it creamier so I will tweek that next time.

This was delicious! Dried cherries are a little sweet so other alternatives are cranberries and/or apples. But this is a perfect spring/summer meal!

The flavor is great, and the dried cherries add wonderful bursts of sweetness. However, next time I plan to increase the amount of dressing (for me) and the amount of chicken (for my husband). After those changes, this recipe will be perfect for us!

At first, the dressing seemed too runny for a pasta salad, but it was perfect! Sour dried cherries and Costco's rotisserie chicken added fabulous flavor.
