Very good! Juicy and flavorful, served with roasted veggies and sweet potato fries. All cooked in the oven at the same time and had dinner on the table in 25min. This went into the "make again" file.

These chicken fingers were delish!!Instead of using chicken breasts I used chicken thighs..It meant that I did have to cut some fat off but it meant that the fingershad more moisture. When the fingers were cooked, they literally disappeared off the plate they were so good!!

i thought this recipe was pretty terrible. The ingredients did create a nice flavor, however, i followed the directions to a "t" and they still did not come out anything like the picture indicated. The skin kept coming off on the foil (and yes, i did spray it with cooking spray), i had to cook them 15 minutes+ longer than the recipe says to, and they just came out as these weird flat... things, almost all the breading had come off. It would have been better if they were deep fried or if they were made with a wet batter.I dont think i would try this recipe again.

The whole family loves it!!! I substitute mayo instead of the egg though. It keeps all the moisture in the chicken. Such a great meal!

These were the best chicken fingers I ever made! I followed the recipe but cooked them on a gas grill which we use for most of our cooking. The gas grill only got up to 400 but I cooked them on a cookie sheet with the cover down for about 15 mins flipping them once. They came out golden brown and the kids and my husband loved them. I served them with some barb sauce mixed with honey. Honey and mustard would also taste good. I did use butter which helped with the browning. If you use the gas grill make sure you watch them because they do brown up fast. Enjoy!

This is a really good dish and the family asked for it again - soon! I'm thinking catfish nuggets should be good too.
