I can't have eggs so I soaked the pieces of chicken in rice milk for a few minutes. Then tossed them in a container with the mix. The chicken tenders were very tender and tasted great. My son asked me to make them that way every time. I also put the unused portion of the mix in the refrigerator, to be used as an easy meal at another time.

I just used eggs and gluten-free flour and parmasam cheese . The reason I did not use the Bisquick is because there is too many carb.My grandaughter has type 1 diabetices and she also has to eat gluten-free. They were good this way. Thank you.

just recently decided to go gluten free due to an intolerance (i was bad and went off for a few years) and was so excited to find out about your gluten free bisquick! this was the first recipe i tried because my husbands favorite meal is chicken strips with mac n cheese (i used ancient harvest elbow noodles)... so i had to get the approval of the hubs on the strips... we both LOVED them and hes not even gf! so good i even ate the leftovers after a couple nights after! just reheated in the oven at 450 for 9 min and they came out great! the batter wasnt soggy but returned to its delicious crispy state! will DEF eat again!!!

What a great recipe!! I tried this for the first time tonight - it is crispy, flaky, and delicious! Make sure you don't skimp on the eggs - use both.

These are fantastic. My daughter who is 5 has Celiac and is an extremely picky eater. She loved these! She enjoyed eating the same thing as everyone else, which is difficult to pull off sometimes!

These chicken fingers were the best baked chicken I have ever made! I did save some fat by spraying them with butter flavored Pam instead of drizzling them with melted butter. I also strongly suggest eating them as soon as they come out of the oven. When I ate them freshly baked, they were delicious. When I microwaved them late, they were a little dry.
