We liked these fine and have made again, but it is a booger to clean up the muffin pan. I even tried it with paper liners, but some seeped over the side or dropped here and there. How do you clean them up. Even the Dawn 5 minute soaker liquid did nothing for it.

Just made these and they turned out great! Used the thin sliced ham with the eggs, mushrooms, shredded cheese. Tasted so yummy with fresh chives and grape tomatoes from our garden!

I finally got around to making these again this morning, but to my dismay, I only had four eggs! I placed ham and very thin slices of potato in nine spaces. I filled the egg and cheese mixture in six spaces to about half-full and three more about 1/3 full. I reduced the baking time to 10 minutes and the half-full cups came out just fine, while the 1/3 full cups were on the dry side. Lesson learned, check my ingredients the night before I want to make a surprise weekday breakfast!

I didn't follow this recipe to a T but they turned out alright still. I wasn't too crazy about them myself, but my family really liked them. I thought this was a great and simple idea though!

Super yummy & very easy. Even my very picky eater ate one! You can make it in steps so add the egg and pour for the picky eaters, than add more veggies and pour the rest. I will definitely make these again.

These were quick, easy, and yummy. I used chopped spinach, green onion, and red pepper in place of the tomatoes. The recipe is easy to divide to make the amount you want, and pour cups for the kids before adding the veggies. Will definitely make again.
