EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

If you like, use another flavor of fruit pie filling for the blueberry. Try raspberry, cherry, blackberry, strawberry or peach for a different twist.

Top servings of crisp with whipped cream and a few chopped pecans, or serve scoops of vanilla ice cream on the side of the warm crisp.

This was a very easy and delicious recipe. I doubled the recipe the first time I made it. I added a can of cherry pie filling and a bag of frozen mixed berries to the original recipe and it was great. I have already had friends ask for the recipe, it was that good.
