package (1 lb) bulk Italian sausage

cup chopped green bell pepper (1 large)

cup chopped onion (1 large)

cans (19 oz each) Progresso® Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup

cans (19 oz each) Progresso® cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  1. In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in soups and beans. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  3. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
Makes 4 servings (1 1/2 cups each)
