Tuscan-Style Chili

Ingredients

package (1 lb) bulk Italian sausage

cup chopped green bell pepper (1 large)

cup chopped onion (1 large)

cans (19 oz each) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup

cans (19 oz each) Progresso™ cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.
  • 2 Stir in soups and beans. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  • 3 Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
