Tuscan Broccoli Pizza
bag (11.8 oz) frozen Tuscan seasoned broccoli
can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain*
tablespoon olive oil
clove garlic, finely chopped
cup sliced fresh mushrooms (3 oz)
cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil
cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease large dark cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray.
Cook broccoli as directed on bag; cool 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, unroll dough on cookie sheet; press into 15x12-inch rectangle. Bake about 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
In small bowl, mix oil and garlic. Brush on pizza crust. Top with mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, cheese and pepper flakes.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into squares.
*All breads made with at least 8 grams whole grain. At least 48 grams whole grain recommended daily.
