Great recipe!! I'll be doing this again and again. I made some changes though. Instead of turkey, I used chicken leg quarters which I boiled, then I julienned the chicken and used the same broth from boiled chicken. Also I did not use the corn because of a family member's health issue. It turned out to be really good and I highly recommend it. For me sour cream is a must. Put it together with the chicken mixture before you wrap the flour taco.

This recipe was a little different since you did not brown the meat before adding liquid ingredients. I noticed no spices, so I added cumin and some Tex-Mex seasoning while cooking. It would have been too bland if not added. With the spices and cooking a little longer to reduce the liquid, it was good.
