This meal is very filling and easy to make and the ingredients are rather inexpensive for someone with an unstocked cubbard. As in taste, the only seasoning it calls for is a little Italian seasoning which makes the whole dish a little bland. On the other hand, though, younger children like bland. My two year old daughter loved it (she''s very picky) and my next door neighbor''s 11 year old almost gulped in one bite. I would add a little more cheese and maybe a little bit of spice. Great stuff!
