Its ok. It needs a flavor boost though. I think next time I will add bacon, shredded sharp cheddar, and mushrooms to the mix. Then top it with diced tomatoes. It might also be good with sausage. I give it a 4 because its good but needs a little bit of tweaking to make it a lot better.
