Ingredients

  • 1 large egg white or 2 tablespoons fat-free egg product
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 slices turkey ham, 1/2-inch thick

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°. Spray rectangular pan, 10x6x1 1/2 inches, with cooking spray.

    Place turkey ham slices in pan. In small bowl, beat egg and mustard on high speed until stiff peaks form; fold mayonnaise into egg mixture. Spread evenly over turkey ham slices. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
