EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Find chutney in the condiment section of the grocery store by the pickles and olives. It gives the salad its sweet tangy flavor so you won't want to skip it.

Leftover grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken sub nicely for the turkey.

This is so good! I made it for a potluck and everyone scrapped the bowl clean and asked for the recipe. I don't know that you even need to use the Turkey either -- could also be a great vegetarian entree.
