Turkey Brats with Sweet Slaw

Ingredients

fresh turkey bratwurst

bratwurst or hoagie buns, split

teaspoons honey mustard
1 1/4
cups sweet cabbage salad (from deli)
  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Place bratwurst on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until bratwurst are no longer pink in center. During last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking time, place buns, cut sides down, on grill; cook until lightly toasted.
  • 2 Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each bun bottom. Top each with bratwurst and 1/4 cup cabbage salad; cover with bun tops.
